Role Summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Program Coordinator in Program Delivery to manage the team’s internal process and maintain the source of truth for program governance and strategy. Reporting to the VP, Data Center Program Delivery, this role keeps documentation and process organized across the design and construction of HPC data center facilities, so each group has what it needs to project success.

This is an entry-level / early-career role. The Program Coordinator works closely with the Customer Success Manager, Pre-Construction Director, Leasing and Corp Dev, Design, Project Controls, Procurement, Construction, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance and Strategy: Maintain and keep organized company documentation, procedures, and process to support program-level planning and execution across engineering, controls, and construction.
  • Program Health: Schedule and run the internal program meeting cadence; prepare agendas, capture minutes, track actions to closure, and flag blockers early.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinate the team’s process across groups; track that both handoffs (tenant requirements and site) are complete and received, and keep each handoff documented and on track. Identify routine tasks that can be standardized or automated, and propose improvements using AI.
  • Trackers: Maintain program trackers, including action items, decisions, risks, the change log, design review comments, and open items; track milestone adherence and flag early-warning deviations to the managers.
  • Reporting Inputs: Compile weekly and monthly status inputs from the team and partners; prepare drafts of internal reports and tenant reports for the Customer Success Manager and VP of Data Center Program Delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized program documentation and folder structure so the current version of any key document is easy to find. Manage commissioning and turnover documentation for the Customer Success Manager and the VP of Data Center Program Delivery.
  • Portfolio Dashboards and KPIs: Build and maintain portfolio-level dashboards and KPI reporting (cost, schedule, risk, capital efficiency) for the VP to present; implement integrated reporting tools and workflows (such as Procore, P6, Smartsheet, Power BI, SharePoint) with Project Controls.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; proficient in MS Suite and project management software, including but not limited to Procore, BIM 360/ACC, and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Design engineering or construction experience in data center, mission critical, or life science environments.
  • CAPM or similar credential.

Success Measures

  • Trackers, dashboards, and reports are accurate, current, and used by the team on an established cadence.
  • Handoffs between groups are documented, with no gaps for partner teams to commence their work streams.
  • Meetings produce documented decisions and actions with owners and dates.
  • Managers spend less time chasing information, and the source of truth is organized.

Work Environment

  • Location: New York Office
  • Schedule: On-site a minimum of three (3) days per week.
  • Travel: Periodic travel to project sites, vendor facilities, and partner locations as required.

The base salary range is $95,000-$110,000. Our total compensation package combines this base salary with a bonus target and participates in our yearly equity grant. We offer a fantastic benefits package and many perks. There's a top-down emphasis on amazing work culture at our organization.

NYC

$95,000—$110,000 USD
