About the role

  • Ensure the high-quality, on-time delivery of high volumes of projects of varying length and complexity
  • Advise and enable the team on the different components of a project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, execution, roll-out, training, and launch
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Success, Sales, and Partners, to drive efficient and reliable project delivery for our customers.
  • Serve as a coach, mentor, and leader to individuals on the team, while setting expectations on performance based on data, using consistent feedback and transparency.
  • Identify and execute process improvements, policy development, delivery methods, metrics, and tools in support of client delivery.
  • Drive the strategy to onboard, enable, and expand usage and revenue with customers.
  • Maintain accountability for team operations and the KPIs used to measure the team’s success
  • Recruit, hire and train new team members.
  • Build programs and initiatives to drive continuous internal process improvement and enable the teams' ability to scale

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Managed Services, preferably in SaaS or at technology consulting firms
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience
  • Extensive experience with project management, CRM, service desk, and/or collaborative work management software
  • Experience delivering or overseeing AI-related implementations - including AI workflow automation, AI-powered platform features, or AI transformation projects
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to advise customers on how to incorporate AI capabilities into their workflows and solutions
  • Ability to successfully navigate complex organisational structures (internal and external)
  • Comfortable transforming department strategy into tactical initiatives and executing on them
  • Process-focused and metrics-driven (desire to instil a process that can scale)
  • Experience estimating delivery effort and creating Statements of Work
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • An amazing team player who can collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
