Product Owner

About the role

At Amanotes, we're building AI-powered products that help game studios improve artwork creation, UI design and game production workflows.

We're looking for a Product Owner who enjoys working closely with users, understanding their challenges and turning real needs into practical solutions.

You'll collaborate with Product Lead, who drives product vision and direction, while taking ownership of day-to-day product activities, from discovery to delivery and adoption.

What you will do

• Product Discovery: Understand user needs, clarify requirements and explore practical solutions with the team
• Product Delivery: Manage backlogs, sprint planning, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery progress Identify risks and blockers early
• Stakeholder Management: Be the day-to-day contact for internal users following initial alignment by the Product Lead. Support their production needs, manage expectations and escalate major scope or priority conflicts
• Product Adoption: Drive onboarding, product demos, user guidance, rollout of new features and product updates
• Quality & Improvement: Validate product quality and usability with users, gather feedback, monitor adoption and identify opportunities to improve product value
• Documentation: Maintain clear product specifications, guidelines and workflows as the products evolve

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong communication skills and interest in understanding users and their problems
• Hands-on experience in product discovery, requirements gathering and delivery
• Proactive, organized and comfortable taking ownership within an agreed product direction
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, art and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in game development, design systems, or game art production workflows
• Interest in AI technologies and their practical applications in product development
• Experience with internal platforms, product adoption, or working with multiple stakeholder teams

You don't need to be an AI expert. We value product thinking, curiosity and the ability to turn technology into real user value

• Hands-on with AI: Explore and apply AI technologies, explore how they can solve real production challenges and gain practical experience building AI-powered products
• Room to make decisions: Make day-to-day product decisions with guidance from Product Lead
