About Us

As the leader in data privacy, TrustArc automates and simplifies the creation of end-to-end privacy management programs for global organizations. TrustArc is the only company to deliver the depth of privacy intelligence, coupled with the complete platform automation, that is essential for the growing number of privacy regulations in an ever-changing digital world. We have a global team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, TrustArc helps customers worldwide demonstrate compliance, minimize risk, and build trust. For additional information visit www.trustarc.com.

We invest in our team members’ work-life balance, with unlimited paid time off, flexible working hours, and a work from home environment. We support employees with their own industry specific learning.

All of our above initiatives and employee support is in line with our seven core values: Customer Obsessed, Fearless, Accountable, Collaborative, Agile, Transparent and Effective. We like to encourage our employees to end each day with the question: “Which value(s) did I demonstrate today?” And we acknowledge exceptional work through our semi-annual awards, which includes a paid vacation!

The Opportunity

Join the Product Marketing and Marketing teams to help accelerate the awareness, adoption, and advocacy for TrustArc products. Looking for a “full stack” content strategist and product marketer - a critical-thinker, problem-solver, and do-er who can help with education and understanding of the exciting privacy space.

What You Will Do

  • You welcome the challenge to be the chief product evangelist for the TrustArc product you represent. This includes internal and external promotion and enablement.
  • Deliver high-quality messaging and positioning that communicates the value of new and existing capabilities.
  • Create content to support product launches, positioning, sales materials, and demand generation campaigns (landing pages, email conversions, social media, blogs).
  • Write and experiment (A/B test) website content (messaging and positioning) with a data-driven perspective.
  • Project manage and work with internal and external collaboratives on product demo videos - with experience writing and developing video content.
  • Develop website content with an eye for solution marketing messaging and ability to make technical content easy to understand.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to shape messaging, campaigns, and sales artifacts.
  • Drive market analysis, competitor research, customer personal development, and value proposition creation.
  • Educate sales and customer-facing teams on current product messaging.
  • Outline and lead product marketing activities for product launches.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives to drive customer adoption and help existing customers get more value out of our software and services.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content marketing, Privacy experts, and Agencies to create full funnel solution marketing content.
  • Lead company research projects for thought leadership content and insights.
  • Write and edit engaging scripts for brands and products.
  • Support marketing in lead-gen activities like webinars, trade shows, etc.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years or product marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience writing a full range of content (ebooks, blogs, demo videos, emails, to sales materials).
  • You are proactive and carry a positive approach to working as a team.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B is a huge plus.
  • Experience in online privacy a “nice-to-have” but not necessary.
  • Experience testing and optimizing content and CTAs to drive engagement.
  • Proven experience developing compelling product narratives.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and accurately distill them into digestible content, for a wide range of audiences.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • 100% Work from Home
