About the Role
Location: New York City (Primary), Denver, Chicago, Singapore (APAC), London, San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles
Commitment: 5 Days In-Person
We're looking for someone who can explain what Endex makes possible in language demanding buyers find credible.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Endex, you'll own positioning, product narratives and launch materials. You'll work with product and GTM to connect technical capabilities to clear customer use cases and a strong reason to buy.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own Positioning and Messaging: Translate product capabilities into clear value for specific buyer personas, workflows and customer segments.
- Run Product Launches: Coordinate the narrative, release assets and field readiness from early planning through post-launch learning.
- Understand Customers and Alternatives: Gather customer feedback and competitive insight to sharpen messaging, use cases and sales materials.
- Equip Customer-Facing Teams: Build technically accurate demos, messaging guides and differentiated proof, partnering with enablement on seller adoption.
- Keep Claims Accurate: Work with product and engineering to communicate capabilities precisely.
What We're Looking For
- Product Marketing Experience: You've brought a technical B2B product to market.
- Strong Writer: You make complex ideas clear without relying on slogans.
- Customer Judgment: You can tell which product details matter to a buyer.
- Technical Curiosity: You learn how the product works before describing it.
- Technical Storytelling: You can understand how a feature works, explain its practical value and support the claim with credible customer evidence.
Nice to Have
- Enterprise AI or workflow software experience
- Knowledge of financial or professional services buyers
- Experience with enterprise AI launches, competitive research or workflow-focused product demonstrations
