We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support a global leader in enterprise collaboration and workplace technology. This role will focus on driving go-to-market execution for a market-leading collaboration platform that brings together meetings, calling, messaging, customer engagement, and administration capabilities within a secure, enterprise-grade SaaS environment.

Responsibilities -

  • Own assigned product marketing workstreams supporting product and suite-level launches.
  • Coordinate launch activities across multiple product areas, stakeholder groups, regions, and channels.
  • Develop and execute launch plans while tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Create sales and field enablement materials including presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, demos, messaging guides, and internal communications.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into customer-focused value propositions and positioning.
  • Support industry events, product announcements, and field readiness initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Communications teams.
  • Adapt messaging and content for multiple audiences, geographies, and routes to market.
  • Gather stakeholder and customer feedback to improve launch effectiveness and market engagement.
  • Help monitor launch adoption, field readiness, and asset utilization metrics.

Required Qualifications -

  • 4-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Enablement, Content Marketing, or related B2B technology roles.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, collaboration, communications, cloud, or platform-based products.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches from planning through market activation.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technologies into clear and compelling business value messages.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to ramp quickly and execute with limited day-to-day direction.

Preferred Qualifications -

  • Experience marketing enterprise collaboration, communications, or productivity platforms.
  • Familiarity with SaaS go-to-market models and product launch methodologies.
  • Background supporting customer engagement, enablement, or adoption programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering organizations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, administration, or collaboration technologies is a plus. What Makes You Successful
  • You thrive in execution-focused environments and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
  • You can transform strategic direction into actionable marketing plans and deliverables.
  • You are highly organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
  • You communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You excel at collaborating across multiple teams without direct authority.
  • You proactively identify risks, solve problems, and keep initiatives moving forward.
