The Opportunity
- Work in massive ambiguity.
- Help run and define company-wide product management.
- Own customer outcomes end to end. You'll take ownership of entire customer journeys, everything from first sign-up through to production outcomes, and treat the whole arc as yours.
- Earn the respect of the engineering team, not just by speaking their language, but by operating in a way that inspires.
- Move extremely fast with a strong bias for execution. You consider yourself a world-class PM. Expectations are high, but so is impact and breadth.

- You understand the difference between 0→1 and 1+. Proven track record in both.
- You're opinionated and default to action.
- You seek feedback, piece together information from every angle, form strong convictions, and execute, bringing the team with you, not behind you.
