About the role

Cato Networks is the converged network and security cloud for the AI era.

As AI reshapes cybersecurity, enterprises face a dual challenge: unlocking AI’s potential while defending against AI-driven attacks. Cato addresses both through a unified, cloud-native platform, providing the visibility and context to prioritize risks and stop threats in real time across users, applications, data, and AI agents.

Join us as we scale: take on ambitious technological challenges and shape the next generation of enterprise security at a company trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide.

Cato Networks is the world’s leading SASE platform, transforming how enterprises connect and secure their branches, users, and clouds. Our Product Managers are strategic leaders who shape the market, solve complex problems, and drive innovation across our Networking portfolio, including Cloud Connectivity, Private Access, SSE, and SD-WAN.

We are looking for a Network Product Manager to help define product strategy, collaborate with the field, and deliver impactful features that move the business forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead product initiatives that shape the future of enterprise networking.
  • Work closely with customers, partners, Sales, and R&D to define and deliver new capabilities.
  • Translate strategic goals into clear product requirements and drive execution across engineering teams.
  • Serve as a trusted expert to the field, supporting strategic deals and providing architectural guidance.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Present product updates, best practices, and value propositions internally and externally.
  • Travel periodically to meet customers and partners.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B Product Management experience.
  • Strong technical background in enterprise networking and network security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support complex pre/post-sales scenarios.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience or familiarity with SASE/SSE, SD-WAN, cloud networking, or security — a strong advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE/JNCIE) — an advantage.
  • Background in QA, Sales Engineering, or similar networking roles — an advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of the top four Cloud Service Providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) — advantage.
