About the role

Cato Networks is the converged network and security cloud for the AI era.

As AI reshapes cybersecurity, enterprises face a dual challenge: unlocking AI’s potential while defending against AI-driven attacks. Cato addresses both through a unified, cloud-native platform, providing the visibility and context to prioritize risks and stop threats in real time across users, applications, data, and AI agents.

Join us as we scale: take on ambitious technological challenges and shape the next generation of enterprise security at a company trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our AI Security group and play a key role in shaping the future of AI Security at Cato. As a Product Manager, you will drive product strategy, define innovative security capabilities, and work closely with engineering, security researchers, and customers to build solutions that help organizations securely embrace the AI era.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify emerging challenges, opportunities, and customer requirements related to AI Security, AI applications, AI agents, and data protection.
  • Define and drive product strategy for AI Security initiatives across Cato's platform.
  • Break down strategic product goals into actionable plans and lead execution across engineering, research, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Define product requirements and oversee the implementation of new AI Security capabilities and services.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to understand evolving AI Security threats, trends, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate problems, prioritize opportunities, and shape product direction.
  • Analyze product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback to continuously improve product effectiveness and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with world-class engineering and security teams to bring innovative AI Security solutions to market.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives involving Product, R&D, Security Research, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of B2B Product Management experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity companies.
  • Proven experience building and delivering security products.
  • Strong domain expertise in cybersecurity, including cloud security, data protection, application security, threat detection, security operations, or related areas.
  • Experience working on AI-powered products, Generative AI solutions, AI platforms, or AI-driven user experiences.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, orchestration frameworks, tools, and AI application architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to work closely with highly technical engineering and research teams.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Technical background as a software engineer, security engineer, security researcher, solutions engineer, or similar technical role.
