About the role

PlentyLabs, part of Epidemic Group, is an AI-powered collaborative canvas where creative teams make images, video, music and voice in one place. A Swedish company, it has been part of Epidemic Sound since April 2026.

You will report to the COO and work closely with the whole team, including the CTO, a front-end developer and a product designer, as well as marketing and sales.

  • Define and track key performance metrics, such as retention and content exports, to measure success and iterate continuously.
  • Support and guide the product designer and front-end developer with clear scope, while working closely with the CTO on technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to align on business direction and lead the future scaling of the product.

Requirements

  • A designer’s eye: You’re highly proficient in Figma and have a strong instinct for intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

  • Customer obsession: You start with user needs and turn insights into practical product solutions.
  • AI curiosity: You use AI tools in your daily work and keep exploring how technology can unlock creativity.
  • A co-creator’s mindset: You value different perspectives, lift other people’s work and bring out the best in the team.
