About the role

ICON is seeking a Print Operations Technician to support our Print Operations team. In this role, you will demonstrate and maintain the foundational skills and knowledge required to provide basic support for ICON’s print operations. This role involves working on moderately challenging tasks that require some judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations, with an emphasis on escalating larger problems when needed. You are expected to approach each task with a growth mindset, focus on building new skills, and actively work to avoid repeating mistakes. Operational discipline, attention to detail, and adherence to ICON’s policies and standards are essential for success in this position. This role will require travel for extended durations.
