About the role

About Searchable

Searchable is an agentic marketing platform built for the age of AI search. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews have transformed how people discover information. Brands now need to measure and optimise their visibility across all of the major AI search engines.

We help companies grow their organic presence across SEO, AEO, and GEO through a fully agentic platform that identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and automates improvements with Searchable’s AI agent. We’re at $5M ARR in just 10 months, backed by top angels and VCs, and building the team that will define the category.

We’re office-based five days a week near London Bridge. If you thrive in a startup culture where people put in hours because they love solving hard problems and taking radical ownership, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

  • Drive growth metrics for the entire product funnel. You’ll be in charge of driving free trials, self-serve conversions, booked demos, and referrals for our B2B SaaS product. You’ll identify the most impactful experiments, spec them, and work with engineering to launch them and assess their impact. Marketing owns ads and content – you’ll own the product flows and pages those channels lead to, and the journeys that drive revenue across the funnel.
  • Own the growth surfaces around the product. You’ll own landing pages, sign-up flows, lifecycle emails, lead magnets, upsells, activation mechanisms and more – all of the pieces that create a strong product-led growth machine. If it moves someone closer to becoming a long-term customer, it's in scope for you to optimise.
  • Run experiments that matter. You’ll form sharp hypotheses based on your own data dives, and ship tests quickly. You will have the autonomy to identify and prioritise the tests that matter most on a monthly basis. Knowing which three experiments actually matter this month is worth more than running thirty.
  • Rally teams around specific, measurable outcomes. You’ll work across engineering, marketing, GTM and sales to make funnel optimisation a normal part of how we build. You can speak to how you’ve worked cross-functionally to get complex projects launched.
  • Investigate the data yourself. You’ll use Claude connected to all our data: product analytics, billing, CRM, email and ad platforms. You'll have the keys to all of it, and never have to wait on anyone to pull a report. You'll dig into any part of the funnel, user flow or customer behaviour you want, whenever you want.

Who we're looking for

  • You've driven millions in revenue growth for B2B SaaS products. You have deep experience meaningfully driving revenue through product-led growth experiments and product changes. You have a proven track record across multiple B2B SaaS products, and can walk us through experiments you conceived, launched and landed, and the numbers they moved.
  • You’ve personally launched lead magnets, viral hooks, or other growth mechanisms. You've launched a new route to customers such as free tools, sign-up flows, onboarding journeys, email sequences, and more – rather than only tuning what was already there. You have not only optimised, but also innovated with impactful new product ideas that have changed how a company grows.
  • You have experience across the growth toolkit. Pricing pages, lifecycle emails, lead magnets, and referral systems are all second nature to you. You have experience driving product-led growth, and preferably have worked in environments with sales motions as well as PLG.

What this role isn't

  • Not a marketing role. You won't run ad budgets, campaigns or content. Marketing owns those, and you own the product and journeys they send people to.
  • Not a management role. You'll do the work yourself to define and spec out growth experiments, and be hands-on with the Head of Product, our designers and our engineers.
  • Not a role where you wait for a brief. You'll start from a messy funnel with no brief and work out where to begin. You'll treat the company's growth as your problem, not just your role.

What you can expect from us

  • Salary: £100,000 to £125,000 (DoE)
  • Meaningful early-stage equity pre Series A
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced salary sacrifice pension
  • Workplace nursery scheme
  • Monthly fitness and wellbeing reimbursement
  • Flexibility in hours – around life and family commitments

You see sales process as a system to be engineered, not a list to be worked. You’ll build the enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing that decide who we contact, when, and what we say, and you’ll build it to keep running on its own long after you’ve moved on to the next…

This is a role for someone who sits comfortably between design and engineering and refuses to let anything get lost in between. You can open a Figma file, spot the spacing that’s two pixels off, and fix it in the component rather than the page. You care as much about how…
