We provide a learning environment that is welcoming, caring and supportive of each individual child. • Provide visionary and strategic leadership by developing and promoting a shared educational vision that prioritises high-quality learning outcomes and continuous improvement for all students.
  • Demonstrate ethical, values-driven leadership, fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, equity and social justice across the school community.
  • Establish and maintain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, while championing lifelong learning, professional growth and excellence in teaching and leadership.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with parents, families, government agencies, community organisations, industry and business to enhance student outcomes and strengthen community engagement.
  • Lead the effective and sustainable management of school resources, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and departmental policies while driving innovation, strategic planning and future-focused school improvement.

Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
