The role ensures creative goals are achieved, episodic deadlines are met, and the highest-quality materials reach partners worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post function on assigned projects end-to-end, from pre-production through post, delivery, and servicing, for A24-produced and acquired projects.
  • Strategize production and post-production plans for assigned shows to ensure optimal finishing at the highest quality across all episodes and seasons.
  • Attend final mix playback sessions with showrunners and approve final episodic and season deliverables.

  • Work with television production teams to ensure post is properly staffed and advise on key vendors to support creative vision.

  • Facilitate onboarding of production teams by managing unit photography delivery, dailies workflow, and document delivery.
  • Disseminate best content-sharing practices and policies, enforcing compliance for dailies and cuts.
  • Vet main and end titles with the legal team to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate series content for press screenings, premieres, and festival submissions, and attend tech checks to guarantee successful exhibition.
  • Partner with A24’s Legal, Finance, Marketing, Music, and Distribution teams to facilitate resolution of production- and delivery-related issues.
  • Strengthen partnerships with distributors by ensuring the highest quality customer service.
  • Research and stay current on new vendors, classification boards, and overall international industry trends.
  • Coordinate localization of screener links, episodic files, and promotional materials for international distributors, festivals, and markets.
  • Manage digital screeners for international distributors.
  • Watermark series and episodic files and marketing materials for international partners and vendors.
  • Confirm delivered media is present on drives and LTOs.
  • Archive media and related assets.

  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking and time management.
  • Creative problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of high-quality finishing vendors for picture, VFX, and sound.
  • Hands-on experience with 4K HDR and Dolby Atmos workflows.
  • Experience with international distribution platforms and partner management.
