About the role

Calling all campaign and public affairs Pros!

Coming off an election and thinking about what’s next? If you’ve spent this cycle on a campaign, independent expenditure, ballot initiative, or in a political or government role, we’d love to hear from you.

The skills that win campaigns—moving quickly, navigating complex political environments, building a compelling message, understanding the stakeholder landscape, organizing grassroots support, and breaking through in a crowded media environment—are essential to public affairs work.

At Orchestra, we bring that campaign mindset to help companies, organizations, and causes navigate politics, policy, advocacy, and reputation.

We’re accepting resumes from people across levels and functions. This resume drop isn’t tied to a specific opening, but our team will review submissions and reach out when there’s an opportunity that aligns with your experience and what you want to do next.

Orchestra is the first communications company built for today’s media landscape. Since 2022, it’s acquired nine firms, including: BerlinRosen, Civitas Public Affairs Group, Derris, Glen Echo Group, Inkhouse, M18, Message Lab, Onward and Small Girls PR. It also launched Brightmode, a talent acquisition firm for communication professionals. Learn more at: www.orchestraco.com.
