This role will be responsible for supporting and evolving Judi Health’s cloud infrastructure, CI/CD processes, Snowflake platform administration, security initiatives, and infrastructure-as-code practices. The ideal candidate will work across Snowflake, Terraform, GoCD, AWS, Docker, and platform security technologies to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable operations. This position requires strong technical problem-solving skills, a security-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple engineering and business teams.

Position Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the Snowflake platform, including access management, role and privilege administration, operational support, and infrastructure-as-code governance using Terraform.
  • Maintain and enhance Snowflake-related CI/CD processes, including developing and supporting GoCD pipelines, troubleshooting deployment issues, resolving Terraform failures, and addressing configuration drift.
  • Support platform security initiatives by identifying, prioritizing, and remediating vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, containerized workloads, and supporting technologies.
  • Assist with container and build-related activities from a security perspective, including Docker image maintenance, Amazon ECR publishing, dependency management, and adoption of secure, hardened container images.
  • Assist with audit, compliance, and security assessment activities through technical evidence gathering, documentation, and control validation.
  • Review infrastructure-as-code and platform-related pull requests to ensure adherence to engineering, security, and operational best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools, operational utilities, and platform solutions using Python, Terraform, and related technologies.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide continuous operational support and rapid incident response.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, 3+ years in QA, Automation, Systems Engineering, or a similar technical role with a demonstrated interest in platform engineering and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and platform services, including AWS, Terraform, CI/CD platforms (GoCD, GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins, or similar), and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
  • Basic expertise with Linux systems and command-line environments.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake administration, including access management, role-based permissions, security principles, and operational support using SQL.
  • Experience with Docker, containerized applications, Git-based development workflows, code review processes, and automation utilizing Python or Bash.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with Engineering, Data, Security, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience supporting 24/7 production on-call rotations, including responding to alerts and resolving incidents outside of standard business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Snowflake environments in a production setting.
  • Experience with Rust in either a personal project or professional setting.
  • Familiarity with security vulnerability management and remediation processes.
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, and evidence-gathering activities.
  • Knowledge of container security, hardened images, CIS benchmarks, or secure software supply chain practices.
  • Experience creating or maintaining GoCD pipelines and deployment workflows.
  • Experience within healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
