Part-Time | Flexible Weekday & Weekend Shifts
BAYADA Habilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Support Assistants, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), caregivers, personal care aides, nurse aides, and others with caregiving experience. We welcome candidates whose experience has been gained professionally or through caring for a family member or loved one.
In this rewarding role, you will provide one-on-one companionship and community-based support to individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll help individuals build independence, develop life skills, participate in community activities, and achieve their personal goals.
No experience required. Paid training provided.
What You'll Do
- Support clients one-on-one in the home and community
- Assist with life skills, social activities, and personal goals
- Encourage independence through activities such as shopping, budgeting, exercise, and community outings
- Build meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, inclusion, and safety

Qualifications
- Age 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for community outings
- Compassion, patience, and dependability
- Ability to read and write in English
