About the role

Who we are

At Namaa, we build and operate tech-enabled urban infrastructure that gives consumers fast, reliable access to meals, groceries, and everyday essentials.

Traditional retail models, built around brick-and-mortar locations, often struggle to compete in today’s digital-first landscape. Challenges such as cost efficiency per square foot, logistics-optimized locations, and seamless technology integration have made it clear that a new approach is needed.

We believe the future of foodservice and commerce lies in purpose-built infrastructure designed for speed, accuracy, and scalability. That’s why Namaa was established—to power the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems across the Middle East.

Our ecosystem is driven by a portfolio of specialized business units, including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, each playing a key role in enabling brands to grow and thrive in an increasingly on-demand world.

What you’ll do

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands and channels. You will use data and performance insights to help the Marketing team improve campaign efficiency, drive customer acquisition, and make better marketing decisions.

Working closely with the Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams, you will monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze paid marketing campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign, audience, channel, and creative performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to campaign targeting, budgets, creative, and overall performance.
  • Support A/B testing across audiences, creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform changes, and performance marketing best practices.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital marketing, particularly Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital advertising analytics platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commercial mindset.

Why join us

  • Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer’s success.

What else you need to know

This role is based in our Amman office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

Ready to join us as we serve those who serve others?
