  • Support monthly and annual closing activities within the People function, ensuring methodological consistency and audit readiness.
  • Develop and optimize dashboards, models, and KPI frameworks relating to headcount, personnel costs, hiring, and ad hoc analyses, while driving standardization and automation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement enhancements that increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency across analytics and controlling workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Accounting, Controlling and Analytics teams to ensure high data quality, consistent KPIs, and reliable reporting.

What you need to be successful in this role

  • 3-5 years experience in Controlling, Analytics and People Analytics, particularly in forecasting, variance analysis, KPI development, and scenario modeling.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, prioritize effectively in alignment with stakeholders, and solve complex challenges through a data-driven and AI-enabled approach.
  • Strong expertise with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, or spreadsheet solutions), along with a passion for continuously improving processes, models, and analyses through automation, standardization, and AI.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, impactful visualizations, and actionable recommendations for a variety of stakeholders across Finance, People & Culture, and Management.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a genuine interest in shaping and improving processes, tools, and strategies at a departmental level.
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Please note that we will not sponsor your visa or relocation, and you must have a valid work permit to be eligible for this position.
