With Audinate, you’ll find your connection to the world of sound and vision.

We lead the world in AV networking media to pioneer the way people see and hear. Our products seamlessly manage hundreds of audio and video channels with one network, making us the industry standard. You’ll find us in the largest companies and institutions like the Sydney Opera House, NFL Media Headquarters, Microsoft, and even a 900-year old cathedral featured in Harry Potter.

Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: Excellence, Courage, Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork.

If this resonates with you, this is the place for you.

What you’ll experience with us

No matter your role, you’ll feel part of our team and contribute to pioneering the future of AV so that everyone can be seen and heard.

In addition to a competitive salary, annual bonus and equity incentive plan you’ll be part of our diverse, values-based culture. You’ll also enjoy a range of benefits such as flexible working, home office support, and volunteering leave.

About the role

In this role you’ll partner with the Australian business to coach and advise on the full range of operational People matters. As a member of the People and Performance team you’ll support the ongoing development of our People infrastructure and employee experience.

Reporting to the Director, People and Performance - APAC you’ll be a member of our global People and Performance team. While your primary focus will be supporting the Australian business, you’ll also have opportunity to work on initiatives for the broader global organisation.

Please note: this is a permanent part-time role for 3 days per week or a similar arrangement

What we’re looking for

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR business partnering role, with exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and practice, including the Fair Work Act, the National Employment Standards, modern awards and WHS obligations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters with sound judgement and discretion.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand how people decisions affect business performance.
  • The capacity to see the bigger organisational picture while also delivering the practical, day-to-day detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to audiences ranging from junior engineers to the executive team.
  • A proven track record of building trusted, effective relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the flexibility to move between strategic and operational work.
  • Experience in a technology company or another fast-paced environment would be highly regarded, as would exposure to supporting teams across multiple countries or time zones.
  • You’ll connect with our Audinate values of excellence, courage, innovation, integrity and teamwork, and bring them to life in how you work with people across the business.
