- Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team, with a focus on HR Operations
- Ensuring the smooth and digital execution of administrative HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
- Maintaining, managing, and updating employee and contract documentation in digital systems
- Structuring, organizing, and continuously improving the digital HR filing system
- Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems
- Preparing and compiling documentation for internal HR processes
- Coordinating appointments and providing organizational support for internal alignment
- Supporting organizational and administrative topics within the People & Culture function
What we can look forward to
- Initial experience in an administrative role, within an HR environment, or in office management is an advantage
- Ideally, experience in the digitalization, standardization, or optimization of HR processes
- A structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in common office tools (e.g., MS Office) and HR systems (e.g., HiBob)
- Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
- Strong communication skills in German and English
