  • Helping establish a strong and consistent employee experience across the project

About You

You will bring:

  • Senior People & Culture/HR experience within Australian construction, infrastructure, engineering or major projects
  • Experience supporting large, multidisciplinary and operational workforces
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment relations and workplace legislation
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior construction and project leaders
  • Experience across workforce planning, employee relations, performance and engagement
  • Experience supporting project mobilisation or significant workforce growth
  • Strong capability managing complex employee relations matters
  • Experience working with both professional and site-based workforces
  • A commercially minded and pragmatic approach to P&C
  • Strong coaching, stakeholder management and influencing capability

Highly regarded:

  • Tier 1 construction or major infrastructure experience
  • Experience in complex industrial relations environments
  • Major project workforce mobilisation and ramp-up experience
