Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is now a proud Highbar Practice! As a leading outpatient physical therapy practice with a strong reputation for exceptional care, Peak continues to grow and thrive as part of Highbar’s innovative team across New England.

Our mission remains the same: to empower our clinicians to provide outstanding care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. If you're looking to elevate your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, we’d love to have you join us at Peak!

  • Patient volume: Under 12 patients per day
  • Student loans: We pay them down until they're gone
  • Professional development: $15,000+ invested in your first 18–24 months
  • Visit structure: 1:1 patient care, always
  • Documentation: AI-supported + Prompt EMR to cut down on after-hours charting
  • Schedules: Predictable and thoughtfully built
  • Autonomy: You decide the plan of care - PT-led clinical decisions
  • Support staff: Exercise Specialists on the floor, so you can focus on being a clinician
  • Leadership: Direct access to PT leaders who have been in your shoes

We believe clarity builds trust. If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. That's part of the job design, not an afterthought.

Why Choose Peak?

We are currently expanding our specialty services and are seeking a passionate Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist to join our current group of pelvic health experts! Follow your passion and interest in treating a variety of pelvic health populations and diagnoses including, but not limited to women's health, men's health, and pregnancy/postpartum!

This is an exciting opportunity to build expertise in a vital and expanding specialty while helping to normalize and elevate conversations around pelvic health. You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment with access to leading-edge tools, mentorship, and a professional development pathway to grow your career.

Here’s what you can expect as a Pelvic Health Specialist at Peak

  • Exclusive Pelvic Health Clinical Development Pathway: Clinician-designed programs unique to Peak that support personalized growth in both clinical skill and professional purpose. • Pelvic Health Mentorship: 2 hours per week for 12 weeks of application-focused, structured mentorship with a dedicated Pelvic Health PT.
  • Pelvic Health Special Interest Group: Monthly meeting with Highbar Pelvic Health team and guests to discuss topics of interest and collaborate based off of clinician needs/interests.
  • Professional Development: Uncapped external continuing education to support your personal goals- plus access to over $15K worth of in-house courses each year, including Dry Needling and our signature Core-4 series.
  • Comprehensive Support: Our support team, including skilled Exercise Specialist, is here to assist you and your pelvic health patients with any clinical or operational needs, ensuring a smooth and effective care experience.
  • Student Loan Assistance: We directly assist with your student loans until they are completely paid off.
  • Cutting edge documentation and patient management software: Using Prompt as our EMR in combination with AI documentation software to ensure our therapists spend more time with their patients and less time documenting.
