About the role

The world’s most advanced VPN, and a whole lot more.

If you’re a curious problem-solver who carves their own path, join the team behind Threat Protection Pro, the NordLynx protocol, and the fastest VPN on the planet—tools that put privacy, security, and control back in people’s hands.

Your impact? Helping millions take back control of their online security, privacy, and data.

As a Partnerships Manager within the Indirect Sales department, you'll be a core part of our Resell unit - a team focused on scaling NordSecurity's reach through strategic channel and distribution partnerships. Your primary focus will be the Telco and ISP vertical, where you'll take full ownership of partner relationships from first contact to long-term growth.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You won't be managing a playbook someone else built - you'll help shape it. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, legal, and finance to unlock partner potential and drive measurable revenue through the resell channel.

The ideal candidate brings a solid commercial foundation, a deep understanding of how Telco and ISP partners operate, and the relationship-building skills to earn trust at every level - from account teams to C-suite.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of Telco/ISP partnerships across assigned markets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the carrier and broadband space
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle - from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and performance management
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and legal to enable partners effectively
  • Define joint go-to-market plans and drive revenue targets through the resell channel
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic partners and ensure long-term relationship health.

Core Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales - ideally within Telco, ISP, or a related tech ecosystem
  • Proven track record of building and scaling resell or distribution partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen - you understand margins, incentive structures, and partner economics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities independently
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with cybersecurity, VPN, or digital subscription products in a B2B2C model
  • Existing network of Telco/ISP contacts in Europe or beyond.

What We Offer

  • Sharpen your edge: training, mentorship, and room to grow — always.
  • Take the time you need: extra vacation days, sick days, and time off when life calls.
  • Get premium healthcare: private health insurance in Lithuania and Poland — fully covered.
  • Protect your peace: enjoy free subscriptions to Calm, Headspace, and Mindletic, and our own resilience and mindfulness trainings.
  • Own your fitness: in-house gyms, sport cards, online workouts, and personal guidance — on us.
  • Pack your bags for workation: experience our company-wide trip abroad to the fullest.
  • Work from anywhere: work from wherever keeps you in the zone.
  • Celebrate your milestones: birthdays, weddings, and new family members — all deserve a gift.
  • Parent with ease: children’s summer camps and flexibility around the schedule — because parenting never pauses.
  • Join the party: team building and company events people talk about for months.
  • Unlock Cyber City: coffee bar, open gyms, kids’ room, music room, massage chairs — our Vilnius HQ is yours to enjoy.
