About the role

Role Overview

At Rehire, we are partnering with an international technology company specializing in cloud solutions, enterprise software, and digital transformation in the search for a Partner Sourcing & Enablement Manager to drive the expansion of its channel partner ecosystem across the United States.

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in channel sales, partner recruitment, B2B SaaS, and ERP ecosystems, capable of identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling strategic partners serving the US small and medium-sized business (SMB) market.

The ideal candidate combines a hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on partner enablement experience, taking ownership of the entire partner lifecycle, from initial outreach to partner activation and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit US-based channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), regional system integrators, and accounting/advisory firms.
  • Develop outbound partner recruitment strategies targeting key metropolitan markets across the United States.
  • Build relationships with executives, business owners, practice leaders, and decision-makers within potential partner organizations.
  • Present and negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms, referral commissions, margins, and pipeline commitments.
  • Manage the complete partner lifecycle, from initial prospecting and negotiations to onboarding, activation, and ongoing commercial development.
  • Recruit partners operating within ERP and business software ecosystems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Enterprise, Acumatica, and Odoo.
  • Design and execute partner onboarding and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Train partner sales representatives, account executives, and pre-sales teams on product positioning, buyer personas, value propositions, and objection handling.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including playbooks, battlecards, demo scripts, and ROI calculators.
  • Support partners during discovery calls, product demonstrations, and initial sales opportunities.
  • Drive co-selling initiatives to accelerate pipeline generation, deal conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Implement deal registration processes and clear channel engagement guidelines.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners.
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve partner experience and commercial execution.
  • Monitor and report partner acquisition, activation, pipeline development, and revenue contribution through CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of professional experience in Channel Sales, Partner Recruitment, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B SaaS Account Management, with direct exposure to the US market.
  • Proven experience identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and signing new business or channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of US channel sales models, including reseller agreements, partner margins, referral commissions, deal registration, and partner incentives.
  • Experience working with ERP, cloud accounting, CRM, or business management software targeting SMB customers.
  • Familiarity with ERP ecosystems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Enterprise, Acumatica, Odoo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting, business development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to engage and negotiate with C-level executives, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience managing partner onboarding, sales enablement, and partner activation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and tracking commercial performance metrics.
  • Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic partnerships simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of US-based software resellers, VARs, system integrators, or ERP implementation partners.
  • Experience with technology associations such as CompTIA or IAMCP.
  • Knowledge of US accounting and advisory firm networks serving SMB customers.
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups or technology companies.
  • Experience building or scaling channel partner programs from early stages.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered business applications, workflow automation, and enterprise software.
  • Experience developing partner enablement materials, certification programs, or go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience participating in industry conferences, partner summits, or commercial events.
  • Availability to travel occasionally to the United States (approximately 10–15%), with a valid B1/B2 visa or equivalent travel eligibility.

About the Position

  • Location: Mexico, Guadalajara.
  • Work Model: 100% Onsite.
  • Engagement Type: Contractor.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to the United States (approximately 10–15%).
  • Market: United States – Small & Medium Businesses (SMB).
