About the role

About Mistral

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Manager to own and lead our relationship with NVIDIA — our most strategic partner in the AI revolution. This is not a typical GTM partnership focused solely on revenue: you will shape and drive collaboration across technology, research, and go-to-market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic technology collaboration — drive joint initiatives that advance Mistral's AI capabilities (e.g., industrial engineering and cutting-edge model deployment).
  • Research acceleration — amplify Mistral's model launches through NVIDIA, and launch co-training and co-engineering programs.
  • GTM execution — develop and execute go-to-market plans with NVIDIA, build pipeline, and co-sell on strategic opportunities.
  • Co-marketing — support joint announcements, presence at key industry events such as GTC, and coordinated communications.
  • Relationship building — build a strong internal network within NVIDIA, spanning product, research, and sales teams.

You will report into the Compute Partner organization, at the intersection of GTM, Science, Marketing, FDEs, and Mistral leadership.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience working in Partnership roles, including 2+ years working with NVIDIA
  • 2+ years of experience working with NVIDIA
  • Proven track record managing complex partner relationships and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Strong experience in alliance management within the high-tech industry at strategic and operational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and C-level executives

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working with an AI Lab
  • Strong understanding of NVIDIA's business model, products, programs, and funding structures
  • Experience developing and executing GTM strategies and business plans with partners
  • Ability to identify and scale new business opportunities through partnerships
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and touchpoints
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approach
