We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive partner-led growth. This role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners while expanding market presence within the education, digital learning, and research sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the partner growth strategy.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new channels and strategic partners.
- Grow revenue through existing partners and expand partner-led pipeline opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Create and execute joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, and co-selling activities.
- Provide market intelligence and partner insights to support regional growth objectives.
Business Execution & Strategy Support
- Actively support the execution of the Türkiye & Balkans strategy alongside the President
- Track strategic initiatives, execution plans, and regional targets
- Ensure follow-up on Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, and GTM priorities
- Support cross-functional coordination to keep execution on track
Commercial & Sales Exposure
- Support sales and pipeline tracking, opportunity follow-ups, and partner coordination
- Assist with the preparation of commercial reviews, dashboards, and reports
- Gain hands-on exposure to regional commercial execution and deal flow
Presentations & Executive Communication
- Prepare executive-level presentations, board-style decks, and briefing documents
- Ensure high-quality storytelling, structure, and clarity in all materials
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support leadership and team meeting cadence
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across Türkiye and the Balkans
- Act as a communication bridge between the President and the teams
Qualifications and Experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in sales, business development, and partnership roles
- Strong presentation preparation and presentation delivery skills
- Proven success in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or ecosystem development.
- Strong understanding of partner-led business models and channel growth strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue, growth, or business development targets.
- Experience working with Microsoft or Microsoft partner ecosystems in education is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders
- High level of confidentiality, ownership, and accountability
