About This Cudahy Infant Nanny Job
A loving family in Cudahy, Wisconsin, is hiring an experienced part-time infant nanny to care for their baby at home. Mom works night shifts, and this role gives her peace of mind to rest during the day while you care for their baby. You will be the calm, attentive presence who keeps baby fed, comfortable, engaged, and on a happy routine.
Their baby is currently almost 2 months old and will be around 4 months old when the role begins on January 7, 2027.
This is an in-home, live-out nanny position with no driving required. The family offers 30 guaranteed hours every week, paid time off, paid holidays, and legal W-2 pay. You get part-time hours with full professional standards, which can be hard to find in Milwaukee-area nanny jobs.
Nanny Schedule: 3 Days per Week, No Nights or Weekends
This role is 3 days per week, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for 30 guaranteed hours. The specific weekdays are set around Mom’s shift schedule, which is planned in advance with two weeks notice.

Pay and Benefits: $25/Hour W-2 Nanny Position
All compensation is processed through legal W-2 household payroll: 30 hours guaranteed every week at $25/hour ($750/week). That means:
- Proper tax withholding and official pay stubs
- Social Security and Medicare contributions
- Verifiable income for mortgages, loans, and other financial applications
- 6 days of annual paid time off
- Paid holidays
Key Responsibilities
Infant Care
- Provide attentive, hands-on care for baby at home while Mom rests during the day
- Bottle feeding, diaper changes, and nap routines
- Age-appropriate play, tummy time, and reading to support early development
- Keep a calm, quiet household so Mom can sleep
Light Household Support
- Wash and put away baby’s bottles and dishes, and put away clean household dishes
- Light cleaning, including sweeping and dusting
- Occasional laundry
Ongoing
- Let the family dog out into the fenced yard occasionally (the home also has two cats)
- Communicate proactively with the family about baby’s day, feedings, naps, and milestones
Ideal Candidate for This Cudahy Nanny Job
- Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience, with strong infant care experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required; NICP certification preferred
- Fully vaccinated (required)
- Flexible, nurturing, attentive, caring, and highly communicative
- Comfortable working quietly and independently while a parent sleeps in the home
- Comfortable with pets (one dog and two cats)
- Non-smoker; this is a strictly non-smoking home
- Fluent in English
- Reliable transportation to and from the family’s home (no driving of the child required)
- Background-checked and professionally vetted; willing to complete comprehensive background and reference checks
- Minimum of 3 impeccable childcare references
