What you'll be doing?
🔸 Make a high volume of outbound calls to directors, VPs, and executives at mid-size and large US companies, working straight from target lists we provide.
🔸 Read the room and pick the right pitch: talk business transformation with ops leaders, or switch to a technical AI/data pitch for heads of engineering.
🔸 Hold genuine 5 to 10-minute conversations (no robotic script reading here!) to uncover fit and book first meetings for Parable's VP Commercial.
🔸 Send timely, clear follow-up emails or texts on the exact same day, using our provided Parable collateral.
🔸 Keep the CRM spotless by logging every single dial, conversation, and outcome to ensure weekly numbers are 100% accurate.
🔸 Record your calls and review them weekly with your manager to continuously level up your game.
🔸 Share frontline intel—write down objections, tools mentioned, and who the right contacts turned out to be so the whole team learns from every chat.
About you
🎧 Your spoken English is fluent, confident, and perfectly comfortable for senior US buyers to chat with.
🎧 You have proven experience selling to, or working directly with, large enterprise companies.
🎧 You are resilient and high-energy—totally comfortable making a high volume of cold calls every day and brushing off the "nos."
🎧 Your business writing is clear, short, and snappy for those crucial follow-up emails.
🎧 You are highly disciplined with logging activity, ensuring every metric and detail is accurate.
🎧 You are available to work a shift that covers US East Coast mornings and at least part of the West Coast afternoon.
🎧 Bonus points if: You have consulting or previous SDR/BDR experience, familiarity with sales dialers/CRMs, or a solid grasp of data and AI (knowing what a data engineering team does is a huge plus!).
