About the role

Oral Surgeon – Stamford, Connecticut

Join a thriving, high-performing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Stamford, CT! We’re seeking a skilled, motivated Oral Surgeon to deliver exceptional patient care in a modern, technology-driven environment with a long-standing referral base and a strong reputation for quality and trust in the community.

We welcome applicants from any U.S. region and Canada (U.S. licensure, or eligibility, is required) who are open to relocating to Connecticut.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Diverse Surgical Volume: Consistent flow of full-scope cases — from dentoalveolar and implant surgery to complex extractions and grafting procedures.
  • Clinical Autonomy: Freedom to practice and make treatment decisions independently, supported by streamlined systems and clinical infrastructure.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a highly trained surgical and administrative team that prioritizes efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Doctor-Led Culture: Leadership by practicing surgeons ensures every clinical decision centers on patient outcomes, not corporate metrics.
  • Long-Standing Community Relationships: Deep-rooted referral network and a respected presence across Fairfield County.
  • Values-Driven Practice: Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a culture grounded in integrity, quality, and compassion.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Opportunities for clinical mentorship, peer collaboration, and professional growth through continuing education support.
  • Organizational Support: Backed by a larger network offering business, marketing, and operational resources—so you can focus on surgery and patient care.
  • Leadership Pathways: Potential to take on mentorship or regional leadership roles as the practice continues to grow.
  • Ownership Track: Structured pathway to partnership with transition support and long-term financial stability.

What Stamford Has to Offer

  • Prime Location: Located in Fairfield County with easy access to NYC via Metro-North, and major highways (I-95, Route 7) for convenient commuting.
  • Professional Hub: A growing healthcare community and strong professional network ideal for building long-term referral relationships.
  • Urban-Suburban Balance: Enjoy downtown living with waterfront dining and nightlife or settle in quieter nearby suburbs for more space and relaxation.
  • Excellent Quality of Life: Top-rated schools, family-friendly neighborhoods, and a safe, vibrant environment.
  • Outdoor & Cultural Appeal: Walkable downtown, nearby parks, beaches, and year-round recreation from hiking to sailing.
  • Easy Travel: Minutes from Westchester County Airport and an hour from LaGuardia or JFK — perfect for weekend getaways or conferences.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
  • Eligible for dental license in Connecticut
  • TN or H1B visa sponsorship may be available
