Responsabilità Generali
L'Operatore di Manutenzione è responsabile del corretto funzionamento degli impianti produttivi e delle linee di confezionamento nel rispetto degli standard produttivi, di sicurezza e qualità ed eventualmente del corretto funzionamento degli impianti esterni a servizio dello stabilimento.
Attività Principali
- Assistenza ai reparti produttivi Bulk e Filling&Assembling per tutte le attività quotidiane di cambio colore sulle macchine di riempimento
- Assistenza al reparto Filling&Assembling per le attività di cambio formato sulle linee di confezionamento tra le diverse produzioni
- All’occorrenza, interviene sugli impianti esterni a servizio dello stabilimento con regolazioni dei parametri
- Analizza e registra i parametri critici legati al trattamento dell’acqua industriale
- Supporta il confezionamento nelle attività di sanitizzazione delle linee di confezionamento nel rispetto degli standard aziendali e delle GMP cosmetiche
- Gestione devices delle linee di confezionamento
- Compilazione puntuale delle relazioni giornaliere (LOG) relative le attività di confezionamento
- Registra attraverso report le attività quotidiane di manutenzione e di troubleshooting delle criticità produttive
- All’occorrenza sostituisce le parti difettose
- Interviene nella pulizia approfondita di macchine e impianti
