About the role

  • Learn and effectively navigate through the Hedberg system.
  • Coordination of Tangram field staff.
  • Confirm Delivery requests.
  • Back up Distribution Dispatch.
  • Assist Sales/Project Management/Customer Service in solving emergency service situations.
  • Coordinate all demo deliveries.
  • Report to upper management as requested
  • Be accountable to the resolution of daily scheduling issues.
  • Preparation and follow-up of daily Scheduling department activities
  • Accountable for Scheduling Department’s communications and responsiveness to the other departments in the company.
  • Training Scheduling staff as needed.
