About the role

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?

Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Office Coordinator to help keep our Bristol office running smoothly. You’ll be a welcoming first point of contact for colleagues and visitors, and a dependable source of support for the wider team.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping others, spotting what needs doing and making the workplace a great place to be.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome staff and visitors and respond to everyday queries
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues
  • Raise purchase orders, submit goods receipts and keep purchasing records accurate
  • Support business travel arrangements and general HR administration
  • Manage correspondence, records, reports and ad hoc administrative projects
  • Liaise with suppliers and building management
  • Order and monitor office supplies, and coordinate visitors and couriers
  • Organise catering and small internal events
  • Support office health, safety and security procedures

What we are looking for

  • Experience in office coordination, reception, workplace operations or a similar customer-facing administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing requests
  • A welcoming, service-minded approach to supporting colleagues and visitors
  • Confidence using everyday office systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
  • A practical, adaptable approach, with the confidence to take initiative

Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.

Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice (where applicable) for more information about what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your data protection rights.
