About the role
Liquid Personnel are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join its client for the Equipment and Adaptations Team in Sheffield.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Complete OT assessments for equipment and adaptations.
- Assess functional needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support service users to maximise independence and safety.
- Complete risk and moving & handling assessments where required.
- Work with health and social care professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Experience in equipment, adaptations or community OT is desirable.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
