Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client’s Disabilities Early Intervention & Prevention Services team based in Colwyn Bay.
Our client currently have a short-term vacancy for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Disabilities Early Intervention & Prevention (EIP) Services Team.
The EIP Team provides short, outcome-focused interventions for individuals and families, helping them build resilience and better manage daily life and circumstances. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver direct occupational therapy services that place people with disabilities and their families at the centre of decision-making about their lives and outcomes.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver a direct Occupational Therapy service to people with disabilities
- Work with parents, carers, and families to provide support and build resilience
- Complete screening assessments and make initial recommendations for appropriate responses to need
- Carry out safeguarding activity where necessary
- Ensure people with disabilities and their families are actively involved in decisions about their care and outcomes

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Qualified Occupational Therapist (minimum 3 years post-qualified)
- HCPC Registration
- Strong technology and software skills
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Manual Handling training and experience
