Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Providing advanced clinical care that helps patients achieve the best possible orthopaedic outcomes.

  • Leading and mentoring others to strengthen capability, confidence and clinical excellence.
  • Shaping service improvements that enhance patient experiences and support future-focused healthcare.

Let's talk about you!

You're a clinician who brings both expertise and heart to your work. You thrive on solving complex challenges, supporting others and finding better ways to deliver care. Whether you're guiding a patient through an important health decision or helping a colleague grow, you're motivated by making a genuine difference. You'll value the opportunity to expand your influence, continue learning and contribute to a community where your work is recognised and appreciated.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with current professional registration.
  • Advanced clinical expertise and experience within orthopaedic practice.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A collaborative approach, sound clinical judgement and commitment to continuous improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading service innovation, mentoring clinicians or contributing to education, research or quality initiatives.

Most importantly, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, helping create healthier communities while building a rewarding career and lifestyle.
