Working autonomously and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will drive positive outcomes for women and families across Logan, Beaudesert and Redland.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop care pathways, strengthen nurse-led models of care and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and educate clinicians, promote evidence-based practice and contribute to research, service development and innovation in perinatal mental health.

About you

You bring strong clinical judgement, collaborative leadership and a commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and evidence-based care.
