Job Description
The Nurse Clinician- RN shall provide clinical care to people living with or affected by HIV through phone triage, and physician/practitioner directed care with the objectives of 1) monitoring the health of the clients, 2) fostering adherence to medication regimens and 3) maintaining the clients in health care.
Minimum Qualifications
- State of Ohio RN license required
- American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent clinical experience in the care of people living with HIV preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
- Previous experience with phlebotomy preferred.
- Recent clinical experience in the care of people living with HIV preferred.
- Experience with mental health and substance use treatment preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Knowledge of community resources for children and families preferred
