We thoroughly assess every home before placing nurses. You'll have the opportunity to meet patients and families and choose cases you're comfortable accepting. Your safety matters — day OR night!
🌜 What Does a Night Shift Nurse Do?
Provide individualized overnight nursing care for pediatric or adult patients with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator support.
You'll help patients remain safe and comfortable through the night while giving their families something priceless: peace of mind.
And no, night shift doesn't mean you're on your own. Our team is always just a phone call away!
✅ What You'll Need
- Active RN or LPN license in North Carolina or a qualifying compact state
- Current in-person CPR certification
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- A compassionate heart and a commitment to excellent patient care
