  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs, eliminating waste and improving maintenance effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and knowledge sharing across maintenance and operational teams.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through safe work practices and active participation in safety and environmental initiatives.

You will have

  • Experience working within a heavy manufacturing, industrial, foundry or similar environment.
  • Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering standards.
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment and maintaining high quality workmanship standards.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance practices and quality systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental responsibility.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently when required.
