Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is Hiring a Marketing Representative

At EquipmentShare, we’re not just filling a role — we’re assembling the best team on the planet to build something that’s never been built before. We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.

We’re hiring a Marketing Representative at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

The Marketing Representative drives growth for EquipmentShare's Vehicle Solutions division through multi-channel marketing campaigns, organic and paid social media management, creative content development, and digital advertising initiatives.

This position is responsible for independently managing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including content creation, audience targeting, paid advertising, and performance optimization. The role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, proficiency in creative software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to develop original marketing concepts and engaging visual content.

The Marketing Representative also supports marketing operations, including CRM management, customer attribution, lead generation, and acquisition funnels, while cultivating strategic

partnerships and supporting business development initiatives. The position utilizes AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, graphic design, video production, marketing automation, and overall workflow efficiency.

Ideal candidates possess at least three years of relevant experience, a degree in marketing or equivalent experience, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media algorithms, creative production, and data-driven campaign optimization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, perform A/B testing, and track performance KPIs to optimize ROI.
  • Creative & Brand Production: Lead end-to-end production of digital and print marketing collateral, including photography, videography, graphic design, vehicle wraps, and signage. Utilize AI-assisted workflows to maximize production efficiency.
  • Digital & Social Media: Manage the digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop content strategies, lead community management, and monitor performance analytics.
  • Marketing Operations & Growth: Oversee CRM input, customer attribution, and sales data reconciliation. Build and maintain customer acquisition funnels (e.g., Unbounce, Jotform) and support SMS marketing efforts.
  • Partnerships & Business Development: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., industry influencers, media organizations) and represent the company at networking and expansion events.
  • Paid Media Strategy: Collaborate with the broader team on regional Meta advertising structure, process development, and paid media growth initiatives.
