About the role

About Bradken

Bradken is a global leader in innovative wear solutions and custom-engineered products for the resources sector. For our more than 3,000 people, that global reach brings opportunities to share expertise, solve meaningful challenges and grow through new experiences. Together, we help the resources sector sustainably advance society.

About the role

Build and deliver a commercially focused account-based marketing strategy that turns customer insight and technical expertise into deeper account penetration, qualified pipeline and sustainable revenue growth across South America.

You will work across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, leadership and operations to support priority mining accounts. This is an opportunity to broaden your regional and commercial experience, influence growth plans and connect Bradken’s technical value with measurable customer outcomes.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and own the regional account-based marketing strategy, aligned with revenue objectives, market potential and strategic growth priorities.
  • Select, segment and prioritise target accounts, then create plans that map customer operations, stakeholders, challenges, competitors and decision pathways.
  • Partner with Sales to strengthen account penetration, develop opportunities and coordinate activity around trials, tenders and pipeline opportunities.
  • Translate mill-liner, crushing and operational expertise into clear customer value propositions, tailored campaigns, workshops, briefings, events and digital programs.
  • Build sales enablement content from technical evidence and customer insights, while measuring engagement, qualified opportunities, conversions and revenue contribution.
  • Coordinate regional and cross-functional delivery with clear governance and communication, while maintaining Bradken’s safety, quality and compliance standards.

What you’ll bring

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Five to eight years of marketing experience within complex industrial or corporate environments.
  • At least three years of experience in mining, mining supply or the industrial sector in South America.
  • Proven B2B industrial marketing experience, including account-based marketing management.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering commercial results and putting an account-based marketing strategy into practice.
  • Experience developing case studies, solution marketing, value propositions and product positioning, as well as leading regional go-to-market activity.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, supported by strong knowledge of market intelligence, account planning, campaign management and customer communications.

Note: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where this role is based. Bradken is unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship for this role.
