JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator, Ecommerce keeps Terrabis online menus accurate, complete, and consistent across multiple locations. Working primarily in Dutchie POS and Dutchie Ecommerce, with cross-training on Jane, this role handles day-to-day menu maintenance and supports website QA. The coordinator is also the intake point for store requests and customer complaints about the web experience, and manages support tickets with ecommerce and web providers from start to resolution under the oversight of the Marketing Manager. This role is a strong fit for a detail-oriented cannabis professional who is comfortable with consistent, repeatable work and eager to learn more about ecommerce.

Reports to: Marketing Manager, Ecommerce & Promotions

Schedule: Full-Time, Remote

Travel: Minimal, as needed (expensed)

Pay range: $55,000 - $65,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain online menus in Dutchie POS and Dutchie Ecommerce across multiple locations, including product names, categories, brands, images, descriptions, and availability.
  • Audit menus regularly against POS and inventory data to find and correct discrepancies, missing products, duplicates, and incorrect information before they reach customers.
  • Handle product listing updates and requests, including accessories and new product setup.
  • Follow and help maintain menu standards for naming, categorization, and images so listings stay consistent.
  • Review and edit product and strain descriptions so menu copy follows state advertising and compliance rules, including restrictions on effects claims, health claims, and slang.
  • Build and maintain checklists and process documentation for menu maintenance.
  • Serve as the intake point for store requests and customer complaints related to the web experience, from site bugs to menu discrepancies.
  • Triage and log each request, keep the requester updated on status, and confirm the issue is resolved.
  • Escalate site bugs, complaints, and menu issues that go beyond routine maintenance to the Senior Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Manager.
  • Route discount and promotion requests to the Promotions Coordinator.
  • Identify patterns across requests and complaints and share them with the Marketing Manager.
  • Open support tickets with ecommerce and web providers, including Dutchie, Jane, and web developers, and manage each ticket from start to resolution.
  • Submit clear bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected results, then follow up and verify fixes once released.
  • Maintain a ticket log with status, owner, and resolution for every open issue.
  • Support scheduled QA of the website and ecommerce menus on desktop and mobile, led by the Senior Marketing Coordinator, documenting bugs, broken links, and layout or checkout issues.
  • Verify fixes after updates and report results to the Senior Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager.
  • Cross-train on Jane Ecommerce and provide backup for Jane menu maintenance and fixes.
  • Support the setup and ongoing monitoring of site analytics, such as GA4 and Google Search Console, as directed.
  • As trained, support website content updates, ecommerce analysis, and the Terpli tool.
  • Provide coverage during vacations and escalations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of cannabis industry experience, such as inventory management, menu or ecommerce support, or cannabis retail operations.
  • Experience with data entry, platform support, or compliance.
  • Dutchie POS experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience maintaining a product catalog, menu, or inventory data is a plus.
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly; Dutchie Ecommerce and Jane training provided.
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for menu audits and product lists, including sorting, filtering, and comparing lists.
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills for editing product copy.
  • Ability to clearly document website and menu issues, including steps to reproduce and screenshots.
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project tools is a plus; WordPress, Terpli, A/B testing, or site analytics experience is a plus but not required.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to audits and verification.
  • Comfortable with consistent, high-volume tasks and able to stay accurate over time.
  • Eager to learn and take on new tools and responsibilities as the role grows.
  • Customer service mindset, with the patience and follow-through to handle store and customer complaints.
  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple requests and escalate issues appropriately.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must pass a background check per applicable state cannabis regulations.
  • Must obtain and maintain state cannabis agent registration or badging if required for the role.
