You will develop and analyze the sales process, manage workflow, build the customer pipeline, lead ad-hoc projects, and analyze sales data to improve sales team productivity and maximize the potential of all Procare products.

You will also bring a modern, AI-forward approach to the function, identifying where AI tools, LLMs, and agents can automate manual work and improve decision-making, and providing data-driven recommendations that help drive the business forward.

What you’ll do

People Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and develop Revenue Operations team members, including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, and performance reviews
  • Prioritize and balance team workload across competing requests from multiple brands and departments
  • Lead a team distributed across multiple offices, maintaining clear communication, accountability, and a strong team culture
  • Create and maintain Revenue Operations SOPs and train team members as needed

Revenue Operations & Analytics

  • Build, refine, and monitor key business metrics, including pipeline, bookings, ARR, net retention, churn, and payment attach rate
  • Assess historical performance, identify trends, and recommend ways to manage and grow the pipeline
  • Collect and analyze sales data to assess operational efficiency and calculate commission payments
  • Track monthly quotas and budgets in Salesforce and maintain sales territories
  • Analyze, develop, and monitor revenue operations policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with sales strategy across the enterprise
  • Support deal approvals, structuring, modeling, and customer proposals

AI & Automation

  • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools and LLMs to automate manual Revenue Operations work, such as pipeline summaries, data cleanup, commission validation checks, and deal desk support
  • Evaluate and pilot AI agents and automation within the sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce AI features), partnering with the Salesforce Business Systems and Data Platform teams
  • Establish guidelines for responsible AI use, including data privacy, accuracy checks, and human review of outputs
  • Coach the team to build AI-assisted workflows into daily work and SOPs

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with leaders in Finance, Marketing, and the Growth teams to gather data and insights for improvements, refinements, and ad-hoc projects
  • Coordinate with all departments and brands to ensure operational consistency across the Procare family of products

Ownership & Execution

  • Bring a project management mindset: take ownership and help drive work to completion
  • Self-start cleanup projects, audits, and process improvements
  • A service-minded, high EQ, low ego, collaborative approach to supporting the organization

Our ideal candidate will have

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing team members, formally or as a team lead
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLM assistants) to analyze data, draft documentation, or automate recurring tasks
  • Independent, analytical thinker with strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead change across brands and teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ of experience in Sales, Finance, Operations, or Marketing Analysis (or equivalent combination of work experience and education), including people management
