About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing to lead and scale our Growth Marketing team as it becomes an increasingly critical driver of company-wide outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll manage and mentor both junior and senior growth marketers while also contributing directly to strategy, experimentation, and execution. You’ll work closely with department leads across Product, Marketing, Education, and Customer Success to define priorities, shape initiatives, and ensure the team is delivering measurable impact aligned with company strategy.

The ideal candidate is an experienced growth marketer with a proven track record of wins, strong strategic instincts, and a genuine desire to coach others, without stepping away from the day-to-day work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, mentor and develop a growing team of Growth Marketers, setting clear expectations, goals and standards of execution.
  • Partner with department leads to define strategic growth priorities and translate them into actionable initiatives focused on driving product adoption, engagement and growth across key products and customer segments.
  • Own the strategy, planning and execution of high-impact growth initiatives, including experimentation, lifecycle programs, product adoption campaigns and expansion efforts.
  • Serve as a player-coach, contributing directly to strategy, testing, analysis and execution alongside your team.
  • Establish clear KPIs and accountability for measurable business outcomes, ensuring growth efforts align with broader company and departmental objectives.
  • Use customer insights, product usage data and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize initiatives and guide team priorities.
  • Build repeatable processes, frameworks and reporting to improve team effectiveness, track performance and communicate results to stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias toward action, experimentation and execution.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Growth Marketers, establishing clear performance expectations, providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting individual development.
  • A results-oriented mindset with experience driving measurable improvements in product activation, adoption, engagement and retention.
  • Comfort balancing strategic leadership and team management with hands-on contribution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, particularly when aligning stakeholders around goals, priorities and outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities, manage competing initiatives and guide others through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing and other teams to drive growth.

Experience/Education/Certifications Required

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing or a related field, including at least 2 years of direct people-management experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable improvements in product adoption, activation, engagement or retention.
  • Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives, managing campaigns and optimizing performance through data-driven experimentation.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product-led growth strategies and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and analytics tools to execute and measure growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the HighLevel platform and its products, with a strong understanding of the needs of marketing agencies and small businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
