About the role

Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

UiPath is seeking an exceptional Sr. Manager of Customer Success to lead and scale our Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers operations across the Federal Civilian accounts. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, driving portfolio performance, and serving as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market organizations.

As a Sr. Manager of Customer Success, you will own portfolio performance, proactively reduce systematic risk end-to-end, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable outcomes for our most strategic government customers. You'll drive operational rigor and discipline across delivery while modeling leadership presence and culture that demonstrates extreme ownership and execution.

What you'll do at UiPath

Portfolio & Performance Leadership

  • Proactively identify and reduce systematic risk across the customer lifecycle
  • Operate with data-driven rigor using forecasting, probabilities, and path-to-plan analysis
  • Tie customer adoption directly to measurable revenue impact and business outcomes
  • Player-Coach: will be responsible for owning success for marquee accounts

Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market teams
  • Build and maintain established cross-functional influence across the organization
  • Collaborate on deal construction and commercial activity
  • Drive alignment between customer success strategies and broader GTM initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and scale high-performing Customer Success and Technical Account Managers
  • Provide strong interpersonal coaching and mentorship to team members
  • Model unwavering accountability and ownership culture
  • Establish and communicate "what good looks like" across the organization
  • Champion customer- and team-oriented culture

Operational Excellence

  • Drive operational rigor and discipline across service delivery
  • Establish and maintain key operational standards for the business
  • Transform individual execution into broader packaged plays and new standards
  • Ensure consistent and articulate communication across all stakeholders

What you'll bring to the team

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience with formal people management and team leadership
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role
  • Proven track record in broad portfolio impact including renewals, saves, and adoption metrics
  • Experience with deal construction and commercial activity
  • Established cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, and GTM organizations
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentorship skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with tenacious execution capabilities
  • Articulate and consistent communication style
  • Customer- and team-oriented approach with ability to champion culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep exposure to public sector business landscapes
  • Understanding and usage of key industry solutions embedded in GTM strategy
  • Established relationships across marquee accounts
  • Examples of transforming individual execution into broader packaged plays or new organizational standards
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and establish operational excellence benchmarks
  • Experience operating in complex, highly technical renewal deal cycles
