About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of our High-Rise building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for occupants.
Pay: $30 hourly rate | Weekly pay
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Shift: Monday thru Friday | 8am to 4PM

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and at times HVAC systems.
- Respond to work orders and tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and document findings.
- Troubleshoot and repair building equipment and common area systems.
- Replace lighting, fixtures, filters, belts, and other building components as needed.
- Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours maintenance when required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of building maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other building areas.
