  • Organize developer and community calls to communicate the latest updates from Lightning Labs, and help the product and engineering teams incorporate external feedback.
  • Business Development

  • Support existing customers as a point of contact for issues with their software and by explaining new features and the business-related impacts of upgrading.
  • Understand business goals, and connect potential or existing customers with ecosystem participants that will help them succeed.

Location: Global and remote. Proximity to US time zones preferred.

Requirements

  • Passion for bitcoin, Lightning, and the mission of bringing financial freedom to the world.
  • Proactive and creative problem solver with a focus on solving real problems for real people.
  • Excellent communicator both externally regarding Lightning Labs’s technology and products, and internally regarding learnings from community discussions.
  • Comfortably tackles open‑ended problems, outlining clear hypotheses, iterating quickly, and measuring impact to guide next steps.

Preferred

  • Experience presenting about bitcoin or Lightning at events such as conferences or meetups, on videos or podcasts, or writing relevant articles or other materials.
  • Experience working with emerging markets.
