Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000-200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have
- Residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months
- An active and unrestricted NC real estate license and are located in the Greater Charlotte area
- Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers
- An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business
- Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
- An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
- A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
