About the role
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Middle/Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build corporate legal structure for the projects;
- Legal support for the projects;
- Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents;
- Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations;
- Assisting with implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights etc.);
- Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the projects;
- Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions;
To succeed in the role, you will have
- Ukrainian Language
- Fluent English (including legal drafting);
- 4+ years of relevant experience, 2+ in iGaming;
- Knowledge of AML procedures is a big plus
- Fast learner;
- A keen eye for detail;
- Initiative and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues;
- Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure.
